Let The 'Light Pick' Decorate Your Gig This Season!
*The Light Pick, blinking guitar pick with flashing metronome LED effects, is a product of Santa Cruz Light Wells 'SCLW'.*Guitar Player Magazine's January '07 issue reports on a "Close Encounter of the Light Pick Kind", recently experienced by some GP staff.
If you haven't read the GP feature, be sure to visit www.sclw.net for details. New Light Pick models have just been released, jam packed with features. A basic model is now on sale!
Light Picks also make great ornaments for any guitarist's Christmas tree or that special someone!
I'm still goofing around with mine and recently discovered my guitar sounds brighter using a Light Pick than with my regular picks. "Sounds brighter"-- get it? The Big Mac, dill pickle slices I usually pick with, tend to have a more "rubbery" tone. All kidding aside, there is a tone difference, either because of the material these are made from-- or the semi-hollow housing design. There is a louder, "fresher strings" sound with these picks.
They're also supposed to help manage PADD (Picking Attention Deficit Disorder). I believe they are even safe for pregnant or nursing mothers, women who may become pregnant and people with liver problems. Now, that's safe! However, they are not edible like my regular picks. Do not eat The Light Pick!

Yo,
4 new mixes sans guitar here . Decided to use the Strat (you love that) for the guitar work and the Brian Moore for the midi work. No contest. Adding a HotRail to the Strat before I do the guitar recording.
Enjoy, lemme know what you think of them.
